Our pitta, a versatile and soft, leavened flatbread, is prepared with care and baked at high temperatures. Specialist production lines, designed and built in-house to achieve optimum results, ensure the layers of dough rise and separate to form perfect pockets ready for use as a sandwich carrier, kebab, or cut up to be used with sauces and dips.

Pitta bread can be produced in any shape and size between 20g and 300g and supplied ambient, frozen or chilled.
