Signature Flatbreads is sharing its technical knowledge with bakeries across the world following top ratings achieved in BRC and IFS audits at the Dunstable factory. Members of the Signature team have audited factories in India and Ghana, passing on their industry-leading expertise.
Earlier this year the team spent time in Accra in Ghana as well as in North East Mumbai, with technical staff advising their international counterparts on food safety standards and members of the engineering and operations team supporting on making the factories more productive, as well as on how to best maintain their machinery.
